Welcome to xbbuy.net. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

xbbuy provides an AI-powered product comparison service that aggregates publicly available product information from Amazon.com and Walmart.com. We display prices, ratings, and product details to help you make informed purchasing decisions. We are not a retailer, all purchases are made directly on Amazon or Walmart.

2. Account Registration

You may use xbbuy without an account (limited features). To access full features, you must register with a valid email address or OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier: 80 searches/month once registered (10/month without an account), 1 saved session, limited features

• Paid tiers (Starter: 5 saved sessions, Smart Shopper: 20, Pro: 50): billed monthly or annually via Stripe

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within 14 days of purchase

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access xbbuy

• Circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions

• Submit harmful, illegal, obscene, or abusive search queries

• Resell or redistribute xbbuy data without written permission

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems

5. Affiliate Relationships

xbbuy participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Links to Amazon products may contain affiliate tags. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. Walmart links are not affiliate links.

6. Product Information Accuracy

Product prices, availability, ratings, and descriptions are sourced from Amazon and Walmart and may change at any time. xbbuy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product information. Always verify pricing and availability on the retailer's website before purchasing.

7. AI-Generated Content

xbbuy uses artificial intelligence to generate product summaries, comparisons, and recommendations. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The xbbuy name, logo, design, and software are owned by KSD LLC. Product images, descriptions, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (Amazon, Walmart, and product manufacturers). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute xbbuy's proprietary content.

9. Limitation of Liability

XBBUY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KSD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
