Welcome to xbbuy.net. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

xbbuy provides an AI-powered product comparison service that aggregates publicly available product information from Amazon.com and Walmart.com. We display prices, ratings, and product details to help you make informed purchasing decisions. We are not a retailer, all purchases are made directly on Amazon or Walmart.

2. Account Registration

You may use xbbuy without an account (limited features). To access full features, you must register with a valid email address or OAuth provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier: 30 searches/month once registered (10/month without an account), 2 saved sessions, limited features

• Paid tiers (Family: 30 saved sessions, Pro: 100): billed monthly or annually via Stripe

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Payments are non-refundable, as set out under Cancellation and refunds below

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation and refunds. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. This includes partial months and unused time on a yearly plan. Cancelling stops the next charge, and there is no cancellation fee.

Right of withdrawal (European Union and United Kingdom). Consumers there normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. If at checkout you ask us to start your plan immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it starts, you lose that right when the plan starts; otherwise the 14-day right of withdrawal the law gives you applies. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access xbbuy

• Circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions

• Submit harmful, illegal, obscene, or abusive search queries

• Resell or redistribute xbbuy data without written permission

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems

5. Affiliate Relationships

xbbuy participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Links to Amazon products may contain affiliate tags. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. Walmart links are not affiliate links.

6. Product Information Accuracy

Product prices, availability, ratings, and descriptions are sourced from Amazon and Walmart and may change at any time. xbbuy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any product information. Always verify pricing and availability on the retailer's website before purchasing.

7. AI-Generated Content

xbbuy uses artificial intelligence to generate product summaries, comparisons, and recommendations. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The xbbuy name, logo, design, and software are owned by KSD LLC. Product images, descriptions, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (Amazon, Walmart, and product manufacturers). You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute xbbuy's proprietary content.

9. Limitation of Liability

XBBUY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KSD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Share and earn

Every account has a referral link. The rules below are rendered from the same terms the reward is paid by, so what this page says is what the ledger does.

• Every payment a member you referred makes earns you a reward, for as long as they keep paying. That is every month on a monthly plan and once a year on a yearly plan. A signup that never subscribes earns nothing.

• A reward is earned when the payment is made and clears after a holding period.

• A payment that is refunded or disputed takes its reward back, including a reward already cleared or paid out.

• Referring yourself is refused. Signups that look farmed rather than shared, such as a batch landing on a single day or payments later reversed, are flagged, and nothing is paid on them until a person has reviewed the flag.

• Rewards are paid by PayPal to the payout email you add on your profile. Until you add one, nothing can be paid.

• The programme may change or end with notice.
